Eric Michrowski | President & Chief Executive Officer
Eric is a globally recognized leader in combining Human Performance, Operational/Process Excellence, Strategy and Organizational Development to drive Business Transformations that achieve substantial shifts in Customer Experience, Operational Reliability, Safety, Employee Engagement and Financial Performance. He brings nearly 20-years of hands-on experience in Operations Management, Business Transformation, Management Consulting and Safety roles across a range of industries to help meet the challenges our partner organizations face.
Having held several Senior Leadership roles in five multi-nationals, and deployed successful Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement capabilities in four distinct global organizations, Eric has led large safety and wellbeing portfolios and realized significant Business Transformations including highly successful business turnarounds. He is a highly sought after public speaker and Executive speaker on the global stage, and has received several international awards both personally and for the teams he has led. Eric holds a Bachelors in Laws and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Michelle Brown | SVP, Human Performance & Business Transformation
Michelle is the Senior Vice President, Human Performance & Business Transformation. In her role, Michelle partners with our global clients to assess, design and deliver business improvement projects to realize changes in safety performance, leadership, customer service and operational performance. Approaching business challenges from a human performance lens, she has delivered award winning results across manufacturing, mining, construction, utilities and the nuclear power sector and been a invited speaker at industry conferences in Australia, Canada, the USA and Europe.
Michelle holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland in Australia and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver.
Dr. Autumn Krauss | Chief Science Officer
Autumn Krauss is Chief Science Officer at Sentis. In her role, she manages the Science Team and directs the Sentis Academy, Sentis’ division for academic and research partnerships. The Science Team is responsible for the development and delivery of cultural, team, and individual assessments in support of Sentis’ services. They also ensure that Sentis’ services are evidence-based, by translating the latest empirical research into practical application. Autumn has served as consultant and scientific advisor to senior leaders at client organizations within the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa.
Prior to joining Sentis, Autumn served as Senior Scientist and Team Lead at Kronos, where she provided talent management consulting to global organizations on topics such as applicant recruitment, employee selection, onboarding, and performance management. Her applied research programs have been funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Scientist and practitioner contributions of hers were recognized with the Early Career Achievement Award jointly given by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the American Psychological Association, and the Society for Occupational Health Psychology. Autumn holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University in the United States.
Dale Lawrence | SVP, Process & Business Transformation
A veteran of driving Operational Excellence and Process Transformations across a wide range of businesses, Dale’s customer-minded approach helps Sentis clients optimize their processes for bottom-line results. He has held Continuous Improvement Leadership roles in two large organizations previous, and has extensive experience in driving process transformation including success in supply chain, retail operations, telecommunications, procurement, call centers, financial institutions and construction organizations. His award-winning work has been recognized at the Process Excellence Awards as the Best Project (2012).

Sarah Moore | Director, Learning & Change Strategy
Sarah brings expertise in change management, training development and delivery, coaching and leadership development. With more than 15 years across multiple industries, including seven years with management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Sarah partners with clients to help create and inspire individual and organizational change. Her skills include instructional design, facilitation, coaching, project management, writing and editing.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Communications from Wake Forest University and certifications in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Project Management and Coaching. She is in the process of completing her Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
Martin Royal | Senior Manager, Human Performance & Business Transformation
Martin is a Senior Manager, coach and facilitator at Sentis who helps clients create a committed and mobilized workforce to achieve their operational excellence, safety and wellbeing outcomes. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Saint Mary's University and brings over 15+ years of talent development experience in management consulting, education and employment services. Since joining Sentis in 2011, he has delivered well over 200 culture change workshops and programs centered around the development of employee engagement and leadership skills for global clients in North America and Europe. He has earned a reputation as an engaging, thought-provoking, playful, and effective professional who delivers outstanding results for his clients. He can deliver client engagements with ease in French and English.
Clint Rusch | Senior Manager, Process & Business Transformation
A decorated combat veteran, Clint has led both operations and continuous improvement teams in the transportation, supply chain, and health care industries, and has spearheaded business turnarounds, organizational redesigns, large-scale process transformations, and systems implementations for organizations both large and small. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Clint has identified and realized tens of millions of dollars of improvement for his clients, resulting in operational efficiencies that have kept facilities open, restored jobs, and saved lives. His problem-solving approach is to utilize a ‘white collar mind in a blue collar mindset,’ and he is as much driven by his relentless pursuit of process excellence as by his desire to enable people to find answers themselves through the application of data-driven, value-oriented principles, relying on common sense to ensure timely, simple, and effective solutions to complex problems. Clint is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Houston. He serves as Vice Chair of the Commission on Aging in Grand Prairie, TX, recently named to Forbes Magazine’s list of the twenty-five best places to retire in the United States.
Eric Johnson | Senior Manager, Process & Business Transformation
Eric Johnson is a Senior Manager with Sentis, specializing in Strategy and Process Improvement. He has 9 years experience in consulting, having spent time at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and Accenture. Prior to consulting, Eric was an Internal Auditor with the Southern Company, one of the largest US energy providers, and a participant in its management rotational program. Eric is trained in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies with a concentration in services. He is an experienced project manager and has lead multiple client teams, from startups to fortune 50 organizations. Eric holds BS in Biology from Morehouse College and an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University.
